The Ms. Full-Figured NC Pageant System showcases the accomplishments of today's full-figured woman across North Carolina
Ms. Full-Figured North Carolina Pageant, LLC was co-founded and created in 2015 by Director - Purusha Jones-Shearin. Ms. Full-Figured North Carolina Pageant was created to be a service organization and provide a platform for women to let their voices be heard. In addition, we have a focus on empowering women to discover and embrace the beauty within. We cater to women ages 18-60 Sizes 12+, inclusive of all races and ethnicities. We offer a unique blend of glamour and elegance for full-figured women in North Carolina.
Our Mission is to make a difference. Ms. Full-Figured NC Pageant showcases the accomplishments of today's full-figured woman, as well as their commitment to self-love, confidence-building and empowering others. Our motto is to Empower, Inspire and Serve. We believe beauty is important, however giving back to the community is priceless. The pageant will give each contestant the opportunity to embrace the beauty within, along with a chance to share her story, develop a platform or enhance an already established platform and of course, network and become a part of our amazing sisterhood.
We welcome first time pageant entrants and seasoned veterans to join us.

Pageants are a great way to build confidence and develop the discipline necessary to achieve goals and sense of responsibility. The benefits that any contestant can gain from competing does not require “winning” at all. It simply requires a willingness to be open to this once in a lifetime opportunity.
Pageants are a wonderful way to build character and poise while becoming the best individual you can be.
Some of the invaluable skills that you will gain from competing in a pageant are good sportsmanship, verbal communication, time management, and goal setting. Interviewing, filling-out applications, and articulation skills learned during the pageant process will also help in other walks of life.
When you learn how to apply makeup properly, carry yourself with grace, and speak with conviction about your platform, you gain confidence that will allow you to overcome any hindering reservation about who are on the inside. Confidence breeds confidence. Just being around other confident woman will change the way you carry yourself in social situations.
Most of all, you gain a SISTERHOOD like no other!

Founded in 1989, created by Founder/CEO Theresa Randolph and Jackie Epps in Newark, NJ. Ms. Full-Figured USA, LLC National Pageant was developed for full-figured women, solely dedicated to promoting the empowerment of the full-figured woman. With a focus on building self-confidence, elegance, and poise. Ms. Full-Figured USA, LLC National Pageant is the longest running full-figured beauty pageant to date. The mission for the past 31+ years has been to produce an amazing pageant experience that fosters sisterhood and long lasting friendships.
