ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY
General information about placing a pageant ad:
We have a limited number of pages that can be dedicated to pageant advertising. We sell space on a first come, first served basis. You can reserve space before you send in your completed ad by sending me your payment and a note (telling us what size ad or ads you want).
The deadline to purchase and submit an ad is April 22, 2023.
All payments must be submitted online through the form below.
Sizes and Rates
Full page: 7.25” wide x 10” tall (vertical) — $125
Half page: 7.25” wide x 5” tall (horizontal) — $100
Quarter page: 3.5” wide x 5” tall (vertical) — $75
Business card: 3.5” wide x 2” tall (horizontal) — $50
Patron ad - text only: 1.75” wide x 1” tall (horizontal) — $25
Please note: the "Patron ad" size is large enough to accommodate your name or business name only, in an attractively sized font, but it is for text only. In all other sizes, you can place pictures and text. To purchase your ad, scroll to the bottom of the page. Our pages include margins and page numbers, so a “half page” isn’t actually half of a page as indicated above.
If you create your own ad:
If you make your own ad with a program like Word, InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop, be sure to save your work as a high quality PDF. Please use the highest quality/resolution (300 ppi) version of your photos, otherwise they will be blurry/pixelated when printed — do not use screenshots. This year we are suggesting CANVA as an easy way to design your own page. CANVA is free and simple, and we HIGHLY recommend using it! You sign in, ‘create your own design’ at a custom size (the dimensions of the Ad you purchased), make your page, and then download as the PDF Print file size. Click here to see a video of how to use CANVA.
Send your PDF to Assistant Director - Marsha Shearin msffnc.assistantdirector@gmail.com and include both your name and MSFFNC in the subject line or upload it below when submitting your pageant.
Again, please be sure to pay attention to the size and orientation (horizontal or vertical) of the ad space you are buying; we can scale your PDF down in size, but we cannot change its proportions.
There are no limits on the number of photos you may use (as there are below) if you’re making your own ad.
If you need MSFFNC to create your ad:
We are happy to offer assistance in laying out your ad - For simple ads please add $25 to your total. For complex ads or logos please add $50 to your total
as long as your plans are simple and you’re willing to meet our restrictions on the numbers of photos allowed:
• For a full page ad we can accept no more than 5 photos
• For a half page ad, no more than 3 photos
• For a quarter or business card ad, no more than 1 photo
We will send one proof of the ad we put together for you for an opportunity to share minor edits and changes.
If you have any questions, please send an email. If your questions are too complicated for email, include your phone number, and we'll give you a call.
Thank you for your support,
Pageant Director - Purusha Jones - Shearin
