Event Details:

LOCATION 1 - MAY 19 - FRIDAY:

  • Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport-Brier Creek
  • 8021 Arco Corporate Drive - Raleigh, NC 27617

LOCATION 2 - MAY 20 - SATURDAY:

  • SSES Performing Arts Center
  • 800 Clayton Rd., Durham, NC 27703


Friday Setup:

  • Vendor setup time will be between 4:00pm to 6:00pm
  • All vendors must be setup by 6:00pm
  • There will be no vendor setup permitted after 6:00pm
  • Doors will open for the vendor showcase/GA/VIP at 6:30pm
  • Please park in the parking lot once you have unloaded your items


Saturday Setup:

  • Vendor set up time is between 1:30p.m. to 3:30p.m. All vendors must be setup by 3:30 p.m.
  • There will be NO vendor setup permitted after 3:30 p.m.
  • Doors will open for vendor showcase and VIP at 4:00 p.m.
  • Once you unload your items, please park in the parking lot. 


Booth Rental Includes:

  • (1) Table with (2) chairs
  • Listed in pageant souvenir program
  • Listed on the ​Ms. Full-Figured North Carolina Pageant social media.


Vendor Fee: $150 for Friday and Saturday or $125 for Saturday only

  • There are NO refunds once payment has been submitted.
